Refund Policy – Stormshield BMPS

At Stormshield BMPS, we are committed to providing high-quality stormwater management products to meet your environmental and construction needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or returns may be requested under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival (proof required).
  • The product was delivered incorrectly (wrong item or quantity).

2. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Custom-fabricated items (e.g., cut-to-length pipe, custom filters, geotextile rolls).
  • Opened or used products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Products that have been installed or exposed to site conditions.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support at sales@stormshieldbmps.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, details about the issue, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Await return authorization and instructions.

Note: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Shipping & Restocking

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damage and packaging.
  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After this window, cancellation requests are subject to restocking or fabrication status.
